Precious is a proven dam who also produces color. I had an idea she could due to the fact she has a light brown spot close to her left shoulder (which is not visible in these photos). Her cria have ranged in color from light fawn to light brown. Her MacGyver daughter won a blue ribbon in her class and also a reserve color champion ribbon at only 7 months old. This goes to show, even suris with the flatter lock structure can produce offspring that exhibit the more desirable tight lock formation. Precious' cria do indeed exhibit more of a tight lock the majority of breeders are looking for even though there are 5 types that are acceptable. Precious is bred again to my male, Boromir, and due the end of August/early September 2010. Boromir brings the bloodline of Mahogany Prince and this is the third breeding to him for her. She had a very nice looking male fall of 2007 and a female cria in 2009 that has some of the thickest, fullest fiber I have seen so I am repeating the breeding. Even though Boromir is 1/8 Bolivian her cria are classified as full Peruvian. Precious is a gentle alpaca and a very good mother. Her next breeding will be to my new herd sire, Psylent Partner a full Peruvian, black suri with bloodlines not commonly seen in our area. This breeding is included in her asking price. Be one of the first to have one of this up and coming sire's cria.

PRECIOUS HAD A BABY GIRL! I named her Neela, she was 17.5#, 2-27-09

Precious' 2009 female cria is not included in her asking price, but is also available
